3M Paving and Excavation is an asphalt paving company based in Grove Hill, Alabama. We lay hot mix asphalt for homes, businesses, churches, schools and towns. Owner Daryl Powell has run businesses under the 3M name since 2010, and the paving company is the newest. The yard sits on US-43 in Grove Hill, in the Clarke County timber country.
